Captain Marvel Movie To Include Starforce Mission On Planet Torfa

Sounds like it’s gonna be a good scene.

The first female led Marvel film, Captain Marvel will hit the big screen next year and it’s safe to say there’s plenty of hype surrounding it. The Brie Larson lead film set in the 1990s looks like it will make on hell of an impact in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and would likely play an integral part in Avengers 4. So yeah, fans are probably looking forward to this and we’re getting a little more information or at least glimpses of what the film would be like.

EW released a Captain Marvel issue days ago and also released a set of images pertaining to the film. Among the images, we see Carol Danvers’ Captain Marvel attire along with her street wear (With a Nine Inch Nails t-shirt I might add), Jude Law’s Mar-Vell, Ronan the Accuser and some Top Gun looking stuff since Carol is an air force pilot. We got a little more info in regards to one of the images however and it looks like it’s going to be something to look forward to.

Rochi Chion shared on Twitter a brief description of a Captain Marvel scene that EW saw as it was being filmed. The planet Torfa is mentioned in the description with Carol Danvers as part of the elite alien Kree military team, Starforce. Their mission is a hunt for a missing spy but the fog present in the scene proves problematic for the team as it interferes with Starforce’s comms. Their enemy, the shape-shifting Skrulls might also be lurking (which they probably are) and this could be a real pain for the team. Despite this, Captain Marvel is looking for some action and when her commander played by Jude Law gives the green light, she is first one through the doorway.

Sounds intense and would likely be one crazy scene filled with suspense and action. We know that Carol Danvers is a force to be reckoned with and we can expect this film to be a good one. With this in mind, the film sounds bloody interesting.
