Hawkeye’s New Look As Ronin In Endgame Revealed By Toy Leak

He looks pretty badass.

Avengers: Endgame is going to deliver something epic but it would probably deliver something a little different as well in regards to the characters we’ve come to know. There has been speculation on the introduction of Professor Hulk in the film but it looks like he’s not the only one to possibly get a makeover. We’ve known for some time that Clint Barton AKA Hawkeye would not be returning as Hawkeye but would instead be doing so as Ronin.

The trailer released for the film showed us that but it didn’t really provide us a proper look at Clint’s new threads. Now, we’re getting a much better look at Ronin’s full attire thanks to a recent toy leak from Reddit user rejus_crust. Check it out below:

Ronin ToyClint does look pretty badass no doubt but a slight change has been made from how Ronin looked in the comics. We see Ronin’s mask on the toy with the eyes cut out but in the comics, he wears a full head mask and to be honest, he looks much more badass like this.

Take into account that this toy leak doesn’t confirm Ronin’s full look in the film as addressed by Endgame directors Anthony and Joe Russo. Speaking to Collider, Joe revealed that toy leaks are mostly inaccurate along with how they are often times a form of misdirection to f–k with our minds! (Okay, he didn’t say those last few words). He explained:

“What’s interesting about toy leaks is that 99 percent of the time they’re not accurate. Because toys are, frankly, tailored to either old concepts or completely different concepts than what’s in the movie, I laugh a lot when those toy leaks show up because I’m like, well, that’s great, because that’s a misdirect [laughs]. Because it has nothing to do with the film.”

HawkeyeLet’s not confirm this toy leak Ronin attire as fact just yet but from what we saw in the Endgame trailer, it does seem likely that this is how Ronin is going to look in the film. We’re only a couple months away so we don’t have to wait too long to find out.
