Stranger Things Season 3 Wraps Up Filming

Hopefully they got some good stuff to work with.

Netflix’s Stranger Things is without a doubt one of the best titles offered by the popular streaming service having ran for two seasons with a third one on the way. The science fiction horror series saw plenty of thrills, suspense, great characters and good old-fashioned 80s nostalgia to give us something we haven’t seen in a long time from a television show.

Following a group of middle school kids in Hawkins, Indiana, the first season revolved around the mysterious disappearance of Will Byers which sees his friends and the whole bloody town looking for him. His friends meet a mysterious girl with crazy powers only to find there’s more to their little town than meets the eye. We see a lot of crazy stuff in the first season that’s also expanded upon in the second season which saw a ton of praise too. The third season is expected to be released in mid-2019 and it looks like things are going according to plan as filming for season 3 of Stranger Things has officially wrapped.

Some of the cast members took to Instagram to reveal that filming for Stranger Things season 3 has officially wrapped. David Harbour who played Chief Jim Hopper shared a photo of himself all mustached up, wearing a Gary’s Plumbing and Heating hat, with a caption indicating that filming’s wrapped. Millie Bobby Brown who plays Eleven shared two photos with the caption “that’s a wrap”. Noah Schnapp who plays Will shared one of Brown’s photo with a similar caption. Check them out below:

There’s definitely a ton of hype for the next season and we’re hoping that it would deliver something great without having a filler episode featuring some punk band. Things look like they’re going on smoothly with filming wrapped but let’s hope they have some good stuff to work with. With how things are going, Stranger Things could very well reach Game of Thrones heights.
