The ceremony is probably gonna a ton of viewers tuning in.

The 91st Academy Awards on February 25, 2019 is expected to be pretty damn interesting if this Popular Film Award isn’t going to be a thing. With a slew of potential nominees ranging from smaller foreign films like Roma to massively successful blockbusters like Black Panther, the Oscars this year may look to be an interesting affair. The Oscars have been somewhat problematic whether in regards to its picks or even its excessive run-time but the hosts for the evening have delivered some form of entertainment throughout (For the most part) as we can expect the next one to do to the same.

Following the footsteps of Billy Crystal, Ellen DeGeneres, Alec Baldwin and Steve Martin, the next big Oscar host would be none other than Kevin Hart. Hart took to Instagram to express his excitement highlighting it as an “opportunity of a lifetime” promising to make the upcoming Oscars a special one. Check out the post below:

Kevin Hart is undoubtedly a big name in Hollywood thanks to a slew of comedic acts ranging from stand-up comedy to films. Having been in popular comedies such as Ride Along, Central Intelligence, The 40-Year Old Virgin and The Wedding Ringer along with some blockbusters like Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle. Love him or hate him, he’s gonna get a solid reception from viewers so the Oscars are likely gonna get a ton of viewers tuning in to check out Hart’s brand of comedy. If the films aren’t familiar to general audiences, this guy sure as hell is.
